Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis with kids

Strictly speaking I should say Tiroler Oberland rather than Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, but this trio of villages alone offers plenty to do for families with children.

I recommend using public transport. You can’t get into Serfaus by car at all unless you are staying there. You have to park at the park-and-ride car park and take the local metro. Besides the buses, you can also use the cable-car connections.

The biggest draw for children are the huge playgrounds and three beautifully designed themed trails, which are not demanding in any way – neither physically nor in terms of the tasks.

You can complete the tasks in the SFL app, but especially for younger children I recommend buying the sticker book at one of the info centres. It covers all the trails and costs 3 euros, which moreover go to a good cause.

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis has its own guest card for guests staying in the region.

We stayed down in the valley in Ried, where we got the Tiroler Oberland card. We upgraded it to the Summercard Gold.

In summer the whole area is a paradise for cyclists.
