Hintertux- Luis Glacier Bug Safari & Luis Marble Run Safari

A trip to the Hintertux glacier. The Zillertal Active Card is only valid up to the middle station (Sommerberg). If you want to go higher, you have to pay extra.

The playground is part of the TuxWelten and consists of water features and marble runs. Its mascot is Luis the glacier flea. It forms a short loop that is better walked anticlockwise (start at the water section). You then walk the marble run from the top and the kids do not have to go back. At the water section there is also diamond fishing, which our kids liked.

If you answer a few questions about Hintertux correctly, you can collect a reward at the restaurant till. We got baseball caps.

At the middle station there is also a bouldering wall and the chance to ride pedal go-karts.
